The Free plan has no cost, so no refunds are applicable.
Monthly Pro plan subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if they haven't used the service or if they experienced technical issues.
Annual Pro plan subscribers are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount will be calculated based on unused months of service.
Enterprise subscriptions are custom agreements. Refund terms for enterprise plans will be specified in your contract. Generally, enterprise customers are eligible for prorated refunds based on unused months of service.
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
Subscription renewals are automatic. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We do not provide refunds for automatic renewals if cancellation occurs after the renewal date.
Cancellation Deadline: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for technical issues or service interruptions that lasted for an extended period. Partial refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that payment processor fees (such as credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, it will be for the subscription fee minus these fees. The exact fee amount varies by payment method and region.
Instead of a refund, we may offer to switch you to a different plan or provide account credits for future use. This is at our discretion and based on your specific situation.
For customers outside the United States, refund eligibility follows the same guidelines. However, processing times may be longer due to international banking procedures. Refunds will be issued in USD or your local currency based on your payment method.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
